As an eco-resort reviewer from Vancouver, I expected more from Doubletree By Hilton New York Midtown Fifth Ave. Construction limits facilities, and cleanliness was lacking, but the location is ideal for exploring the city despite inconveniences. A disappointing experience overall.

The staff was friendly and the room, although small, was clean. The location was really the highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The only downside was the noise from the air conditioning units outside my room.

I loved staying in this pleasantsmall hotel. The continental breakfast included pastries and fruit, but I were in a hurry and didn't try all the menu.

The staff were consistently courteous, attentive, would stay here again. The room was incredible, big and reasonably priced, with kitchenette.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! the staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure I got checked in early and into a fantastic room. the hotel's location was perfect for all my planned activities, being central and close to popular attractions like Broadway and Rockefeller Center. the room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. the bed was comfy, and the staff was professional, except for one minor incident, but overall very competent.

There were a few things that could be improved. there were some issues with billing accuracy that took a while to resolve, leading to frustration.

Well, it was a really really nice stay at Club Quarters Hotel. The venue was in the very central setting close to subways.

A diverse array of attractions and dining options made my stay unforgettable. From iconic landmarks like the Empire State Building to delicious steak dinners at Johnny Utah's, every moment was exciting. The cozy lobby and complimentary coffee added a touch of warmth to my mornings. I even took a ferry ride to Staten Island for breathtaking views. Whether it was exploring museums or catching a Broadway show, this trip had it all. Can't wait to plan my next adventure here!

Fabulous hotel & fairly clean, its location is unbeatable basically beside a metro station.

The place was reasonably priced. The total experience was fantastic. Rooms with microwave oven and fridge and coffee machine. Positioned in the great area, near the Times Square as well as Broadway.

loved the super clean rooms and close location to key spots! getting purified water in the corridors was a nice touch, and the speedy wifi was a win. the warm and helpful staff made everything easy, and the little bar area was chill for winding down after a busy day.

Good value hotel, clean, with perfect location right by the Rockefeller Plaza and Radio City Music Hall, the centre. Well-appointed, excellent rooms and modern style bathrooms. We liked the fact that the continental breakfast was included. Accommodating staff and good service all day long.

The Doubletree's location is unbeatable, right across Rockefeller with easy subway access. the room was clean, and we enjoyed the view of Trump Tower. the Terrace club offers a peaceful retreat, and the staff was exceptional. Luggage storage after checkout was convenient, and the complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. the hotel exudes a high-end ambiance, perfect for a relaxing stay.

I had a fantastic experience. Everything at this hotel was great. Rooms with big comfortable bed, a sofa. It was a stunningly beautiful venue in a great area.

Appreciated to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and enchanting, the location was brilliant close to subways. The room was neat and updated with private bathroom and awesome views. The service was excellent and the staff was polite and courteous.

The location was spot-on, close to all the touristy stuff and the subway, which was super handy. The room was more spacious than expected, had a neat little kitchenette, and the bed was so comfy, man. And, shoutout to the helpful staff for sorting out our bathroom issue quick -- just wish our room had the sofa bed it was supposed to come with, ya know? 🏨

I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit due to its excellent location and professional staff. The spacious room, great gym facilities, and quiet environment made my stay enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to major attractions and shopping areas was convenient for unwinding after work.

The only service I missed for my work was faster elevator service, as the wait times were slightly longer than expected.

The entrance is not well signposted and rather narrow compared to the standing of the Radisson chain, but we are in Manhattan...

Oh my goodness, i can't even begin to explain how much i adored the location of this hotel! it's like portland of gold - right near the bustling rockefeller center, times square, central park, and so many amazing spots to explore. 🌆 The convenience factor was off the charts! the breakfast, yum😋💕 - with a view over rockefeller center was divine! but let me tell you, the coffee was a major 😬 disappointment. It was so weak, i felt like i was drinking colored water. the rooms were cozy but functional. Had everything i needed and were spotlessly clean. Although, i must say, the broken wood box with exposed wires in our room was a bit concerning. 😬The staff were super welcoming and full of great tips for exploring the city. They made me feel right at home! overall, it was a fantastic stay with a couple of hiccups. Would definitely recommend for a tourist looking for a prime location in nyc!

This hotel's location is perfect. It is situated in the heart of the city, close to everything we wanted to see whilst we were there, including Rockefeller center and other sites. The subway station is also nearby. The rooms are comfortable and come with a small fridge and Keurig coffee pot with complimentary paper cups.

The location was unbeatable, situated between two major avenues and just a short walk from famous attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were always available to assist and provided excellent customer service. Additionally, the room was modern and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

Although the location was fantastic, the lobby was a bit small and crowded, especially during busy check-in times. It would have been nice to have a more spacious and welcoming entrance area.

The elegant lobby provided a comfortable place to sip complimentary tea or coffee. On the morning of my departure, I found myself in a comically rushed state, akin to a character from a classic slapstick comedy, juggling my luggage and attempting to grab a quick cup of coffee. It was a lifesaver and added a touch of calm to my frantic morning.

location is perfect and everything is within easy reach. walk to the southern tip of manhattan is steep with 50 blocks and 1. 5 hours, with a few right and left turns you see a lot. staff is very common and you have everything you need.

We had a fantastic stay at a well-renovated hotel with a perfect location. It was our second time in the city, and we couldn't have asked for a better spot. the newly renovated rooms were absolutely lovely, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be choosing Doubletree By Hilton as our base for future visits to the city.

We stayed here in midtown Manhattan and the location is unbeatable! The shopping district, all the attractions and the Rockefeller center are all pretty close by which made it so convenient for us to explore the city. The service was fantastic, from the welcome drink to the room amenities like heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, television and am/fm alarm clock. The leisure/ tv room and fitness centre were a great addition and the free Wi-Fi and luggage storage made our stay so much more comfortable.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to all the attractions I wanted to see, like Times Square and Central Park. The subway station was just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. Being next to Rockefeller Center was also a plus.

The service at the hotel was lacking. The receptionist we encountered was unhelpful and it took forever to check in.

This hotel was our go-to place in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were a nice size, and the location couldn't be beat. Right off of Rockefeller Center, it was not on a busy noisy street. The rooftop bar was beautiful and perfect for enjoying a drink on a nice day. The hotel provided cold water dispensers on every floor, which was a nice touch. The gym seemed great, although we didn't use it. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room at Radisson Hotel New York Midtown-Fifth Avenue was so cozy and inviting. The Keurig® coffee machine made mornings a delight, and the spacious studio suite with a sleeper sofa was perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Our room had a spectacular view of the city skyline. We were able to see the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building from our bed. It was truly breathtaking and made our stay even more special. I would recommend this hotel for its stunning views.

Felt well taken care of, staff went above and beyond.

We hit up the Empire State Building and took mad selfies, then caught a Knicks game at the epic arena. We even walked across the dope Brooklyn Bridge and snagged tickets to a Broadway show. The views were so sick from the room, we felt like we were living our best New York life.

Would have been even more hype if they had a cool rooftop bar or club for us young folks to turn up even more after our adventures.

I recently stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for a quick overnight trip. The property is clean, modern, and the bed was comfortable. I would ask for better vacation for senior people to have more seating areas with comfortable cushions and pillows for resting in between activities.

We had an amazing time exploring iconic New York City attractions, thanks to the convenient location near the New York Pass attractions. Our children were thrilled to visit the Empire State Building and the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, while the whole family enjoyed the Hop-on Hop-off bus tours. It was also a joy to catch a Knicks game at the nearby arena and walk across the historic Brooklyn Bridge.

My wife says that families with children would appreciate more child-friendly dining options nearby, such as kid-friendly menus or play areas.
